On April 25th, I will teach a one-day seminar in Cincinnati for Japanese on Working Effectively with Americans. Details and registration can be found here. This is a great opportunity for your Japanese colleagues to gain valuable insights into American culture and how to strengthen working relationships with American colleagues.

ISO 14001:2015 and/or OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor Training (April 10-13, 2017)
Meet the requirements for competency based certified EM and OHS provisional lead auditor. Exemplar Global certified course provider is Pillar Management Associates and training is delivered by Cornerstone Environmental Health & Safety, Inc. The expert instructor for this course will be Shayla Barrett, Exemplar Global-Certified EMS Lead Auditor and Exemplar Global-Certified Provision OHS Auditor, CMTI.
RCRA / DOT Training (March 23, 2017)
RCRA - This course ensures familiarity with waste handling, emergency procedures relevant to job responsibilities and management of hazardous waste relevant to facility compliance with RCRA rules. Learn how to respond in the event of a release, fire or explosion of hazardous waste.
EPA regulations require this training annually for most generators.
DOT - This training covers the HMR's contained in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, specifically: 49 CFR 100-199 and 49 CFR 171-180. The DOT hazmat rules are stringent and the penalties are high for non-compliance. Training is required for ALL hazmat employees including employers with direct supervision every 3 years.
ARC Flash Hazard Analysis Data Collection Boot Camp (May 11, 2017)
The first of its kind course that provides for uniformed template approach on how to collect data for an arc flash study. Expert hands-on instruction on the "Best Practice" approach to documenting field data. Includes online 8 hour 2015 NFPA 70E Course.
5 Day Electrical Safe Work Practices Train-the-Trainer (May 15-19, 2017)
“TTT” course is designed to prepare qualified trainers to deliver instruction to others within their organizations. With leading-edge information and educator-designed materials, you will learn professional teaching techniques and receive hands-on coaching to ensure confidence and credibility.
