On October 23, 2025, the Japan America Society of Greater Cincinnati held its Annual Gala Dinner at the Hyde Park Golf and Country Club in Cincinnati. More than 100 guests attended, with nearly half joining us for the first time—an exciting reflection of our growing community. The evening featured keynote speaker Masahiro Kaji (加地 優弘), President and CEO of Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America, Inc., who delivered an inspiring presentation based on his many years as an international executive titled “Don’t Judge a Book by Its Cover.” We were also honored to welcome Hajime “Jimmy” Kishimori (岸守 一), Consul General of Japan in Detroit, as our special guest, along with Honorary Board Member and Club Host Amy Murray.
Our sincere appreciation goes to our sponsors for making this event possible: Gold Sponsors Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America, Mazak Corporation, and Toyota Boshoku America; Silver Sponsors MUFG, Kao USA, and Bannockburn Capital Markets; and Bronze Sponsors CVG Airport, GBQ Partners, the City of Mason, REDI Cincinnati and David W. Cook, Honorary Consul of Japan in Columbus.
