On Tuesday, March 2, the Japan America Society of Greater Cincinnati, in partnership with the Sasakawa Peace Foundation, the National Association of Japan-America Societies (NAJAS), and Frost Brown Todd, hosted a special Zoom webinar exploring current geostrategic issues in Asia. We were pleased to host two experts on the subject, Hiroyuki Akita from Nikkei, and Jacob Schlesinger from The Wall Street Journal, who provided their insights into the impact of recent political changes on the US-Japan relationship, as well as broader geostrategy issues in Asia. The event moderator was Joe Dehner, Attorney at Frost Brown Todd, founder of the Foreign Policy Leadership Council, and Past President of the Japan America Society of Greater Cincinnati. Following a one-hour presentation and moderated discussion, the speakers addressed questions from the audience. More than 200 people registered for the event including a large number from Japan.
